- The Goods Must Be Returned in Original Condition
Mann Brothers will be happy to exchange any items returned in original condition except for special ordered products and custom color paints. Items must not have been opened. It must have all the original tags attached from the original packaging. Items that are not in original condition will not be accepted and it will be returned back to the customer on customer's expenses.
- Return Good Authorization (RGA) Number.
Customer must contact Mann Brothers within three days (72 hours) of receiving the shipment. Customer will get RGA No from sales rep or customer service for unopened or defective products to be returned. Be sure to indicate the RGA number on the package. No returns shall be accepted without RGA No.
- Restocking Charge
Returned items are subject to 20% restocking charge and UPS freight charge which will be deducted from any credit or exchanges.
- Lost Returns
We recommend to use insured carrier when return the item(s) for an exchange. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Shipping Cost
Initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred for deliveries and exchanges, including expediting delivery service fees.
- Order Cancellation
Once the item is purchased and it is in the process for shipping or already shipped, cancellation will not be acceptable. If items are with RGA No, all shipping cost will be paid by customer.
- No Exchange
Any items with special ordered products and custom color paints are the final transaction and those are not returnable or not exchangeable.
